Requesting APCD Data

To request data from the all-payer claims database, each requestor must submit a detailed explanation outlining the data needed, the purpose, and how it will be used and secured. The request also must specify how the data will be stored and either destroyed or returned after use. To request data, download our Data Request Form and email completed forms to data@dhhs.nv.gov.
